Day 1: Cairo - Siwa
Travel towards Siwa oasis.In the way we stop at Marsa Matrouh
city to have Lunch. Arrival to Siwa and Check-in to the hotel and free
evening in Siwa.
Day 2: Siwa Oasis
After breakfast, you visit: the Mountain of Death, Shali, the
Oracle Temple, in which you will discover the Alexander the
Great crowning room, the Amoun ruins and you bathe in the
Cleopatra Bath. Have lunch Then the Dakrour Mount (known for its
hot sand and the best place to take a very effective sand bath,
to heal rheumatism problems, etc). In evening, Have Dinner,
return and overnight in the hotel in Siwa.
Day 3: Siwa Oasis - Bahariya Oasis
After breakfast at the hotel, Journey through the Lybian
desert in direction of Bahariya Oasis. Overnight in the hotel in
Bahariya.“Lunch & Dinner“
Day 4: Bahariya Oasis – white desert
Departure by jeep 4X4 to the White Desert. Vist of the Black
Desert and the dune area. We start our climb of a 50meter dune.
Lunch in El Heiz Oasis. On the route to Farafra we visit the
Crystal Mountain, the area of the wonders with the desert roses.
We visit El Akabat and then we head to the White Desert. We
start exploring the formations and wind carved sculptor. Then
the New Desert. In the evening, we have a barbeque dinner and
sleep in tents under the stars...
Day 5: White desert – Fayoum
From Bahariya we drive by jeep south towards Fayoum. We reach
Wadi Al Hitan (otherwise known as the Valley of Whales), a
surreal region where huge boulders seem to be capped with an
imaginary icing of thick caramelised syrup, which appears to
ooze down their sides. Within this extraordinary landscape the
fossil remains of Zeuglodon have been found – whales that
existed in the Fayoum over 40 million years ago. We spend the
night camping out under a canopy of stars. Overnight Camping.
Day 6: Fayoum - Cairo
On the way back, we stop at Lake Qaroun tour by felucca (half
an hour) At Wadi Rayan we visit the spring and waterfall having
lunch then continue to back the Cairo.
