Booking & Payment procedures
At present we do not dispose of any online payment
possibilities, therefore, our procedure is the following:
After your confirmation we will send you a booking confirmation
form, which has to be filled in and send back to us by fax.
At this stage we will ask you a deposit of 25% of the total
amount to be transferred to our bank account.
Upon arrival in Cairo, we will ask you, prior departure of the
tour, the rest due, either by cash to our representative who
will meet you or by credit card in our office in Cairo
(additional 3% will be charged for payments by credit card).
Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 72 hours before the arrival date no costs
are calculated. Over this deadline, you must pay 10% of the
total sum.
